After losing Pro Bowler Jake McQuaide, the Dallas Cowboys have reportedly hired a pair long snappers to help them.

According to Tom Pelissero, NFL Network:

“The #Cowboys are signing long snappers Matt Overton and Tucker Addington to the practice squad after Jake McQuaide suffered a torn triceps that likely will sideline him for the season, per sources.”

McQuaide signed with Dallas in 2012, after having spent the remainder of his 10 NFL seasons playing with the Rams.

The former Ohio State Buckeye was a two-time Pro Bowler and has been among the most successful at his job ever since he joined the league in 2011.

We’ll be watching how the Cowboys special team look without No. 44 in the middle moving forward.
