A New Coach for Nottinghamshire Hockey

Nottinghamshire Hockey Affiliation is delighted to announce the appointment of Matthew Orridge as Head Coach for the Senior Males’s County Squad.

Matt is at present a coach at Belper Hockey Membership and has been part of the County setup for the final 6 years, firstly as a participant after which as Assistant Coach final season.

Matt says;

“I really feel I’ve the expertise and drive to achieve this position, I’ve been in and across the county arrange for a number of years and perceive the wants of a match weekend.”

“I’ve relationship with gamers from earlier squads and lots of gamers from golf equipment round Nottinghamshire. This I imagine is important when attracting gamers to the trials and preserving the tight bond that there was in earlier squads.”

“I used to be disillusioned with the result from final years match and really feel that I’ve learnt invaluable classes from this expertise, each from working with the gamers and from what is required for the match format.”
