IWBF mourn the passing President of Paralympic Committee of Thailand, Nick Bhirombhakdi – IWBF

IWBF be a part of the Paralympic Sport Neighborhood in mourning the passing of the President of the Paralympic Committee of Thailand, Nick Bhirombhakdi.

Mr Bhirombhakdi served because the chairman of the Paralympic Sports activities Committee of Thailand since 2009 and labored intently with associations for disabled sports activities in Thailand together with the Sports activities Affiliation for Wheelchair Basketball in Thailand.

IWBF Asia Oceania Secretary Common, Don Perriman, mentioned:

“Our ideas are with the para-sport group in Thailand, Mr Bhirombhakdi was not solely a frontrunner and sponsor for wheelchair basketball however an actual pal and champion of the game. He often supported and attended worldwide wheelchair basketball competitions in Thailand.

“On behalf of IWBF, we prolong our deepest condolences to his household, pals and everybody closest to him in these troublesome instances.”

A second of silence was paid in tribute to Mr Bhirombhakdi forward of Thailand Underneath 23 wheelchair basketball workforce’s sport on the IWBF U23 World Championship at present going down in Phuket, Thailand.
